The following Chapters make up the entities within the Midwest District of Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity Incorporated.

Alpha Chapter/University of Iowa/Iowa City, IA
The “Almighty” Alpha Chapter was founded on April 4, 1986 by 18 men whose vision would establish an organization that would expand the entire country. Since its establishment, the Brothers of Alpha have worked to maintain the goals set forth by the Founders. The Chapter has been a long-time volunteer at the International Headquarters of the Fraternity.
Omicron Chapter/Iowa State University/Ames, IA
The “Old School” Omicron Chapter was founded on April 12, 1992 by two individuals. In its 14 years of existence, the Chapter has set up many annual events that many Brothers attend, such as the Bowling-for-Charity and Noche de Reinas. The Omicron Chapter was instrumental in developing the District Philanthropy.
Phi Chapter/Kansas State University/Manhattan, KS
The “Phunky” Phi Chapter was founded on April 9, 1994 by 13 men. The Chapter’s signature “Purple Power Weekend” has become a longstanding tradition for the entire District to attend. The Phi Chapter was instrumental in the establishment of five Chapters in the Midwest District. More recently, the Chapter created a Scholarship for students to apply for.
Xi Alpha Chapter/Truman State University/Kirksville, MO
The “X-traordinarily, X-rated” Xi Alpha Chapter was founded on March 22, 1997 by four individuals. The Chapter developed the annual Easter Egg Hunt for the campus and local community to participate in. They were the first Latino-based Fraternity to establish in Missouri and one of the early Chapters to perform in Step Shows. This Chapter is currently closed.
