Brotherhood - Brothers of Sigma Lambda Beta pride themselves in creating a family-oriented atmosphere at the campuses we are present at. This support network is one of the key aspects that makes our organization so powerful.

Scholarship - Academic success and higher education are some of the main goals driving Sigma Lambda Beta. We have a high percentage of graduating members and post-bachelorate degrees.

Community Service - Sigma Lambda Beta always strives to give back to the community. Our chapter performs many community service events throughout the semester especially supporting our chapter's philanthropy the American Diabetes Association.

Cultural Awareness - Emphasis is placed on making cultural awareness present on campus. Some of the more popular events carried out amongst our chapter are El Dia de los Muertos, Cinco de Mayo, and the Puerto Rican Day Parade to name a few.
