	Asst. Regional Director of Operations Guillermo "Alacràn" Casillas operations2@slbcentral.com Bio: Guillermo Casillas hails from Waukegan, Illinois. He attended the University of Wisconsin - Parkside, Guillermo was initiated by Zeta Alpha on December 11, 2009. During his undergrad years, Guillermo served as the Vice President and Membership Educator. He earned his B.S. Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Finance in December 2010 with Magna Cum Laude Honors. In the Spring of 2011, Guillermo was Assistant Membership Educator for Zeta Alpha's Nu Class. He is currently the Assistant Regional Director of Operations (2) for the Central Region. In his professional world, Guillermo works as a Bilingual Member Relations Representative for Baxter Credit Union. His goal is to become an Investment Advisor / Certified Financial Planner and be able to assist Latinos in his community with financial education and retirement planning. On seasonal weekends, Guillermo is a Senior Supervisor for the Guest Services Department of Six Flags Great America.

He graduated from the University of Illinois @ Urbana-Champaign with a B.A. in Speech Communication. While as an undergrad he served as Chapter President for two years, Membership Educator, and webmaster. He was also the last Undergraduate Representative for the Central Region before that position was retired. David has a strong passion for SLB and it's Brothers. His motto is "Earn your Letters Everyday," an ode for his desire for all members to be continuously active for the fraternity. David is happily married to his wife Laura and they live together in Forest Park, IL. David is currently employed with McMaster-Carr Industrial Supply Co. as a business generalist.
